I can't go out not because I don't want to, but because I can't bear to walk into a room full of people or into a public place. Sometimes I'm fighting back tears or I feel so nauseated from anxiety and struggle to breathe. I over think things and I feel alot of people hate me or are judging me. i take things personally alot. I get grumpy because I need a break but I need a break from my mind itself which isn't possible. I fight to get out of bed some mornings and cry myself to sleep some nights. My mind is traumatized, at times my memory is foggy and absolutely full of triggers. However, i am healing with time, my main GOAL is my happiness and luckily for me I know i can do it...
Some people are quick to label me as a bad family member or bad friend, yet they have no clue how broken i am. some act like i ain't doing anything but really i am healing at my pace and still being judged instead of being understood.
There are people who invite me out but i tell them how terribly sorry i am because i have plans while actually I am really really busy trying to hold it together.
So i guess all problems start when People stop asking, then the isolation begins.
Please don't give up on your family or friends. Call them, go round even when they don't want you to......Because they really do, they just don't know how to say it.
I'm going to make a bet without being pessimistic, that out of my Facebook friends, less than 5 will take the time to put this on their wall to help raise awareness for those who have Emotional struggles.
